Valued at AED 400 million, the project marks Arthouse Hotel’s first residential venture outside the United States. The development aims to blend Manhattan's creative legacy with Ras Al Khaimah's dynamic community, offering a new style of luxury living. Al Marjan Island, known for its natural beauty and entertainment offerings, is set to benefit from this addition, attracting both residents and investors.

The partnership combines Clédor's development expertise with Arthouse Hotel's refined hospitality legacy, introducing a new standard of living on Al Marjan Island.
