Mira Developments Unveils World's First Multi-Branded Waterfront Community in Ras Al Khaimah

Mira Developments has unveiled the launch of Mira Coral Bay, a 220,000 square meter mixed-use development in Ras Al Khaimah. This project is being hailed as the world’s first multi-branded waterfront community and is a key part of the emirate's broader strategy to attract international investors while positioning itself as a prominent player in the regional hospitality and luxury real estate markets.
Located along the Al Mairid coastline, Mira Coral Bay will offer branded residences, five-star hotels, and a variety of food and beverage options. Designed by Marco Casamonti & Partners / Archea Associati, the development will bring together six renowned global lifestyle brands – Dolce&Gabbana Casa, Bentley Home, Etro Home, Jacob & Co., John Richmond, and Trussardi – within a unified master plan.
The official launch event, held in Ras Al Khaimah, was attended by senior executives from the participating brands, including Marcello Grasselli from Dolce&Gabbana, Fabrizio Cardinali from Etro, and Jacob Arabo from Jacob & Co.
A standout feature of the development is Kadar Villas, a new branded concept created in collaboration with an international architect and branding agency. These villas will offer luxury interiors designed by a prominent designer, high-end appliances, and two luxury vehicles per unit.
The project is being delivered in partnership with Marjan, the master developer behind several large-scale projects in Ras Al Khaimah, such as Al Marjan Island. Marjan CEO Abdulla Al Abdouli and Mira Developments Head of Sales Muaed Alakaev were present at the event.
Tamara Getigezheva, co-founder of Mira Developments, expressed, “Mira Coral Bay is more than just a project. It answers the question: What if the world’s best brands came together in one place?”
Mira Developments, known for its turnkey branded residences with hotel-style services, is expanding into Ras Al Khaimah as part of its broader strategy to support the emirate's tourism and real estate growth. The project is expected to play a significant role in the emirate’s diversification efforts and enhance its appeal to both regional and global investors.
